One more coronavirus-related death has been recorded in Wales, according to the latest figures.

That brings the death toll in Wales since the start of the pandemic to 5,570 people, according to the Public Health Wales (PHW) figures.

A further 75 cases of Covid-19 were confirmed today, in an update that takes into account the 48 hours up to 9am on Sunday.

New cases were recorded in 17 of Wales' 22 council areas, apart from Blaenau Gwent, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Powys and the Vale of Glamorgan.

The average infection rate in Wales is currently 9.4 cases per 100,000 people.

The Conwy council area continues to have the highest case rate in Wales (30.7 per 100,000 people) as work ocntinues to manage a cluster of cases there.
